These are live, online classes designed for actual humans - bodies that have lived, adapted, changed
and sometimes needed a bit of care along the way.
We build strength. We slow things down when needed. We work to our edges - we don't push through them.
We take the work seriously. We laugh, breathe, and enjoy ourselves too.

What Pilates Yoga Fusion Is
This is movement that helps you feel more at ease in your body.
It's not about pushing harder, forcing flexibility, or "getting it right". It's about learning how to listen, respond, and move with awareness.
Classes blend strength, mobility, breath, and nervous system-friendly pacing - so you can build confidence in your body rather than fighting with it.
You're encouraged to meet yourself honestly, work at your own edges, and leave feeling more grounded than when you arrived.
Why I Teach This Way
Pilates grounded me, Yoga opened me…
After years of pain from back injury, I was told to stop working and rely on painkillers. Two years of physio didn’t help. Six months of Pilates gave me my body back!
I came off medication, got stronger, and learned to trust my body again.
That experience became the catalyst for a much bigger shift - not just in how I move, but in how I live. It opened the door to Yoga, holistic health, nervous system awareness, and what is now Embody Being: work rooted in listening, integration, and choosing a path that’s aligned rather than imposed.
Now, whether through movement or deeper 1:1 work, I support others to discover the same truth: there is always another way
